First thing to check - does your browser address bar say:
opencaselist.paperlessdebate.com

or
68.233.253.124

ONLY the first domain name will work - if you're looking at the IP address, that explains it...you probably made a bookmark from the registration email, and accidentally got sent to the wrong address.
